It is difficult to give you a price without first seeing your gown. We treat each gown individually with love and care. So much goes into pricing it such as, fabric, layers, embellishments, stains, and damage if any. Some designers also have special instructions for cleaning. If you could send me a picture of it with the specs: designer, fabric, embellishments, train length, stains etc. I could give you a range, but we need to see it in person to give you an accurate quote. When you bring your gown in please expect to spend at least 20 minutes with our customer service specialist as she inspects your gown with you. You will be asked to fill out an acceptance form and we require a form of payment at drop off. If it is a credit card it will be charged within 1 week of your leaving the gown with us. Cleaning and preservation takes approximately 9 months to a year, depending on how many gowns are ahead of yours. We use environmental non-toxic cleaning solvents and it is boxed in a museum quality, acid free, ph balanced box. It will be stuffed with acid free tissue and wrapped in an un-bleached muslin blanket inside the box. The box is then placed in a muslin bag for extra protection. We do ask that you look at your gown every few years in the box as they like to breath. We are members of the Association of Wedding Gown Specialists and guarantee against yellowing and carmelization. Any of 500 members will honor this guarantee as long as the dress is still in the box. Please let me know if I can answer any other questions.
